Just like to take the opportunity in sharing the delight you product gave my daughter... Just a note: Not a big deal but would like for you to know the rear of the fan "printed lettering" on the back of the fan is not square or has a slight slant to message and the "fonts size" could of been 2 to 4 more in size. What a great product! We had originally order the black pens, but customer service contacted me to say that our logo would not show up well and that silver would be a better option, and they were right. They look great! Logo is completely legible and all functions (pen, stylus, laser, and flashlight) work well.

We ordered these as little gift for our teachers and staff! They turned adorable and everyone loved them. Thanks for help with our design when we had questions!

To be honest I struggled with the creation of the cups as I needed to do a 3 color on black. But black cups you can only do a 2 color. Black itself was one of the colors so I wasn’t sure if I needed to fix the artwork (I am not good at) it if I did not need to worry about removing black from t he artwork. I called in and got great help and put the order together very quickly and easily at that point. I got the cups back and the color was nice and vivid and they look GREAT! Exceeded my expectations!

Hi, I just wanted to write and thank you for your terrific customer service! Your New York office blew me away when they called to double check the spelling on a button design we'd sent for a rush shipping job. We were holding a New Year's Eve event called "Middnight on Main", and we spelled midnight with two "D's" because we're in MIddletown, CT. Your office called me on my cell on Friday evening just to be SURE that we wanted the word spelled that way - and they didn't want to wait until Monday because they had a deadline to keep with me! I really appreciate that attention to detail - and the buttons came out perfectly, on-time and affordable. Thank you!
