We will be able to use your artwork if it is in "vector" format. These files have extensions like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We can also use high resolution .JPG files (300 DPI or higher).
If you still aren't sure whether we can use your artwork, don't worry! Go ahead, place your order, and we will contact you if there are any issues with your artwork or order. Our expert customer service reps will guide you through your order very carefully to ensure it is all good to go. We can usually fix any minor issues with your artwork. If your artwork is especially poor in quality, we will vectorize it for a small cost so that it will print cleanly and crisply. For more information on artwork requirements, see HERE.
Please check with us regarding needing to pay with Purchase Orders, as this "courtesy" is not guaranteed and will be looked at on a case by case basis. We will usually extend this "courtesy" or "service" for customers who fulfil one or both of the following conditions:
Customers with an "established credit" with us - for example, a customer who has done business with us for at least five times and paid with either a credit card or a check for the first five times.
Customers from Schools or Government Agencies.
We usually only allow up to NET 15 payment terms for purchase orders, and for very few exceptions, NET 30.
In STEP 1 of each product page, please select "Order Sample" and place your sample with us that way. We do offer free shipping and free samples for many products. On bulkier products however, we will charge a nominal fee to get these samples shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any sample shipping charges back if you do place a final bulk order.
In this case, you don't have to upload any artwork. Simply type your text message into the text box above and be specific with your instructions.

Generally, Saturdays, Sundays, and any federally recognized public holidays are not considered to be working/business days. The day you place your order is also not considered the first working day. If you place your order after our cut-off time of 12PM EST, the first working day will be the day after. For example, if you place your order at 12.10PM EST on Monday, the first business day will be Wednesday. If you place your order at 11.55PM EST, the first business day will be Tuesday.
Our products have different production times. The production time for each product is listed in the description area for each product page. Please note that ship time is in addition to the production time. Alternatively, you can also place a mock order and our website will tell you the estimated delivery date at the bottom of the order form. If you are paying by check, we will only begin production on your order once we receive the check. We will email customers paying by check once the check is received with an updated estimated delivery date.
A proof will be emailed to you within a few hours to 24 hrs. At PromotionChoice, proofs are done by humans and not computers (Yes!), so rest assured that your proof will be much more accurate. We often even suggest alternative layouts so that your artwork can be printed as beautiful and as big as possible.
You can make up to one revision to your proof at no cost. If you are still not satisfied after that, you can cancel for a full refund, so your purchase is absolutely risk free. We have a BBB A+ rating, so order with confidence!
A standard proof is not possible with most rush orders, but in such cases, we will email you a "courtesy proof" shortly after your order is placed to show you what is going to press. Because of time constraints on rush orders, we will assume your order is good to print if we do not hear back from you within 30 mins.
