Product was exactly as described and imprinted well. Very responsive to a rush order, which was delivered on time. Of 45 Footballs, one was defective and the company immediately offered to replace or refund for that one, without having to return it. I would order from this company again.

Very fast and on time delivery. Only complaint which probably will always happen and no way for company to test them...is many balloons had holes in them, which is frustrating when we rent helium too and it is wasted. So when ordering plan on less balloons when calculating cost but this will be true for any company most likely. I feel like they should include a bonus of 25 balloons per 500 so this is a non-issue. I would use this company again though with no hesitation.

I ordered some balloons and I was pleasantly surprised with how concerned the customer service agent was about making sure they would turn out the way I wanted. She went the extra mile to provide details and work with me on a design that would work. And to top it off, I even got them sooner than I had expected.

The printing on these is great but being called a basic grocery tote, I expected it to be larger. The photo led me to believe it was larger also.
