I purchased these for a cousins cookout reunion that we put together last summer. They were a hit, everybody loved them. They’re pretty sturdy. A few of them was cracked when they arrived but otherwise it was fine.

We received our 3 " buttons this afternoon !!! I can't thank you enough for all your help! Your advice about re-working the art to a higher resolution was above and beyond .......the buttons are clear and crisp, just as you promised ~~~ The color is bright and true, and wrapped around the edges (which you re-assured me it would be !!) I was very confident, after you offered to look at the artwork FIRST, and then place the order. Admittedly, this was a last minute order, which I was fearful we wouldn't receive the buttons in time, but again, you were RIGHT !!! A little extra shipping cost, and here they are, with time to spare !!!!!!! I know this wasn't a large order, but I feel as though it was !! Your company's service to the customer (ME) is unmatched, in my opinion!!!! If you can pay as much attention to the "little guy" as the "BIG GUY", I commend you!!! I was very impressed with the product and the service we received. We needed balloons last minute for our grand opening party and Promotion Choice delivered! Our logo is very detailed and colorful. I requested several different colors of balloons and Jennifer worked with me on the ink color. The balloons (color, quality) and logo ended up looking great - the balloons were a big hit! To top it off, the customer service was excellent and fast - they rush delivered the balloons in time for the party.

The product is of great quality and will definitely meet my need. The only suggested change I would make is regarding the approval process for graphics. I was sent a courtesy approval, which was great and appreciated. But the approval came with a 30 minute window for response. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight when the email came. So even if I had a comment, there would not have been adequate time to make the window. I suggest expanding the window of time to take into consideration a customer that is not sitting, waiting for an email to arrive. Half a day or 4 business hours is more reasonable.
