Very fast and on time delivery. Only complaint which probably will always happen and no way for company to test them...is many balloons had holes in them, which is frustrating when we rent helium too and it is wasted. So when ordering plan on less balloons when calculating cost but this will be true for any company most likely. I feel like they should include a bonus of 25 balloons per 500 so this is a non-issue. I would use this company again though with no hesitation.

I was having a hard time finding a good vendor to make customized paper plates matching and I was not disappointed with the end product from Promotion Choice. There were a few plates that had slight printing issues- but in my experience in buying a lot of screen print type items- that's pretty normal. I love the variety of color options & the fact that you aren't stuck only choosing 4 colors- unlike a lot of companies that make you choose only 4. I was pleased with the art department matching a design I use on other products. I was pleased with the price as well- as it's surprisingly expensive to have paper plates customized in the research I did. I would be interested in an upgraded, heavier, more durable plate to also offer my customers- even if the cost was higher. Would order again.

We ordered 1000 9/10" latex balloons from Promotion Choice, and the quality of the print was fantastic! For some reason, a few of them (maybe like 30 or so) had tiny pinholes in them, but promotion choice promptly replaced them and even sent us a few extra. We were really impressed. Thank you! You guys are definitely our new go to people for personalizing balloons and other promotion items!
