Your New York office blew me away when they called to double check the spelling on a button design we'd sent for a rush shipping job. We were holding a New Year's Eve event called "Middnight on Main", and we spelled midnight with two "D's" because we're in MIddletown, CT. Your office called me on my cell on Friday evening just to be SURE that we wanted the word spelled that way - and they didn't want to wait until Monday because they had a deadline to keep with me! I really appreciate that attention to detail - and the buttons came out perfectly, on-time and affordable. Thank you!

These are cute tote bags. Very nicely sized for carrying an extra pair of shoes, or lunch for the day. The imprinting was done well. I don't think the bags are super durable. I can see the seams eventually separating, but then again, they weren't really expensive at all. One bag came out of the box with a seam ripped. Probably a manufacturer defect. I would recommend these bags as giveaways. They look nice and are a good size. I would not recommend them for very long term or heavy use.
