Above and beyond excellent customer service. I submitted artwork that included a QR code. Instead of printing "as submitted" they proofed my work. Turns out the qr code was not working. They saved me time, money and most importantly - embarrassment. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Great product for the price! Shipping was VERY fast and I received my order less than 2 weeks after placing it. I requested my own artwork and the team was very quick to respond to my requests and even offered an alternative design with my initial design would not fit the space. Only reason for the 4.5 instead of a firm 5 star review is based on the picture. I assumed I'd be receiving all 3 colors of necklace (gold, green, and purple) but instead only received gold. Looking back I don't see how I could have requested all 3 necklace varieties, but it'll work!

I was worried that I would not receive the order in time for my event due to my late ordering, but they promised they would deliver the day before the event and they did!
