This was my first time using this company, we ordered cups for our wedding, i placed my order and a couple days later a gal called me and told me that lettering i sent was a little fuzzy and with my permission she would like to fix it, of course i agreed. Within an hour i had an email with a new proof that was exceptional. Then only a short time later my order arrived and of course i was excited to see our cups, they were top notch, crisp, clear printing. I will order from them in the future.

I recently purchased some balloons for my business and was a little skeptical about the quality of balloon and the level of artwork. These footballs are great! They are of very good quality and fun for the kids to sign or autograph. I give them out at the end of my flag football clinic for 1st - 4th graders and they love them.

These backpacks look very nice, especially with our office logo on them, but I've gotten a bit of feedback that the zippers are a bit difficult to close.

Ordered 100 ornaments and was told production time would be 5 days. So we'd just barely make our event date. But then I got a shipping notification within ONE HOUR!! Surely, that was a mistake, right? Nope. I don't know how they did it in the midst of what I'm sure was a deluge of holiday rush orders, but they did it. We'll definitely be ordering again next year. Great job on the mylar balloons. I did a two color print and despite you cautioning me about shifting of the colors, the print turned out absolutely wonderful, and all those print registration concerns were no concerns at all! The kids absolutely loved these foil balloons.
