The product is of great quality and will definitely meet my need. The only suggested change I would make is regarding the approval process for graphics. I was sent a courtesy approval, which was great and appreciated. But the approval came with a 30 minute window for response. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight when the email came. So even if I had a comment, there would not have been adequate time to make the window. I suggest expanding the window of time to take into consideration a customer that is not sitting, waiting for an email to arrive. Half a day or 4 business hours is more reasonable.

I am so impressed with this company and this product! We "decided" last minute to do logo Christmas ornaments and we found promotionchoice.com to be accommodating and professional. The rush fee was expected yet fair and reasonable! The product exceeded my expectations with the quality and packaging!
