The cups are great quality and the logo I had printed came out crystal clear. The original file I sent was not high enough resolution, but Jennifer alerted me of the issue and worked with me to quickly resolve the issue. The cups even arrived a day early. Great overall experience!

We received our 3 " buttons this afternoon !!! I can't thank you enough for all your help! Your advice about re-working the art to a higher resolution was above and beyond .......the buttons are clear and crisp, just as you promised ~~~ The color is bright and true, and wrapped around the edges (which you re-assured me it would be !!) I was very confident, after you offered to look at the artwork FIRST, and then place the order. Admittedly, this was a last minute order, which I was fearful we wouldn't receive the buttons in time, but again, you were RIGHT !!! A little extra shipping cost, and here they are, with time to spare !!!!!!! I know this wasn't a large order, but I feel as though it was !! Your company's service to the customer (ME) is unmatched, in my opinion!!!! If you can pay as much attention to the "little guy" as the "BIG GUY", I commend you!!!
