Very easy to communicate with - I contacted through chat and immediately received assistance and was able to send my design through the chat as well as have it tweaked. They did an amazing job adjusting my design to make it work for the balloon and the one color printing. Communication was great throughout the process and shipped on time. I had one hole from the batch but there were many extra balloons included so I definitely had enough. Will order here again!
