Was very happy with end product. I had good experient discussing technical aspects such as logo size, position, and Pantone color matching helped a great deal for integrating into my customer's end product. Reversible screwdriver feature has metal insert for good feel.

I was really impressed with the turnaround time and the customer service. I ordered custom cups with our logo for an event and I received an email a couple of days later from a "real live" rep who I could actually email back and forth with. The cups turned out great. The reason I took one star off is the pricing. They did not have a dark grey which is the color we needed for the logo so they charged a set up fee to use a pms color to match (I would think a dark grey would be one of their standard colors - they had a light grey but not dark and we didn't need it to be an exact pms color match but to at least look somewhat like it with a general dark grey). After I received the order I wanted to order additional cups and they were going to charge me again for the set up for the same color. It wasn't a lot but when you have to pay it twice, it adds up. Their customer experience was great so maybe that is the cost of having employees that do their jobs well. And after what I've experienced at some of these promotional products businesses, the extra $$ for a great experience seems worth it.

We did a 4 color print with Promotion Choice, and we were a little worried, because our last printer botched the job and still had the gore to send us the paper cups with the horrid printing! But we were truly plesantly surprised this time when our cups arrived with our logo printed beautifully. We are really thilled with the quality of your print job. Pinwheels arrived early, which was great! They were not completely as we expected. The printing on the blades could have been darker, the print is hard to see. I was informed they could only be on silver, but would have looked much better on white. If we order for next year's event, we will order earlier so we can all be on the same page and hopefully can be on white! The kids will enjoy them, we are sure!
