Jennifer was so wonderful to work with. The cup is a good quality. However, my original order was not in stock so I had t make another choice and go with my second choice of colors upon availability. I wish the artists would have asked me about a different color ink used on the cups being they are the professionals. I think a $20 art fee is a little ridiculous, but nonetheless, the cups were delivered in a great amount of time and I am happy w/the quality!
